My background
I’ve spent much of my career working in healthcare and compliance. For 10 years, I led governance and quality for a large healthcare organisation, ensuring consistently good CQC ratings and ISO certification/recertification.
In recent years, I’ve also provided ISO consultancy and regulatory advice for the packaging, car leasing and fleet management, solvent and adhesive, and housing sectors.
My work is about so much more than the certification alone. It’s about helping organisations improve operational efficiency, achieve cost savings and deliver more for customers.
